In a time of particular economic distress, Ron provided a comprehensive planning tool that afforded my organization the ability to establish a long-term vision essential to the sustainability of our service delivery. SPS was prepared on day one, and Ron was considered simply a member of our team. The benefit received could not have been provided for internally.
